Owned by the Township of Woolwich but maintained and operated by the St Jacobs Lions Club, the St Jacobs Lions Hall is available for rental by both individuals and organizations. The facility is suitable for a wide variety of events including; Wedding and Anniversary Celebrations, Stag & Does, Family Reunions, Birthday Celebrations, Community Group Presentations and Meetings or Auction Sales.
Rental Rates – Full Day
Standard rental for upper hall and kitchen
Weekdays (Monday – Thursday) Full Day (8 hr max) – $550
Weekends (Friday – Sunday) Full Day (8 hr max) – $650
Rental Rates – Half Day
Weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) Full Day (6 hr max) – $300
Weekends (Friday – Saturday) Half Day (6 hr max) – $575
Auction Rentals
Auction Rental Sunday – Thursday* – $450
Auction Rental Friday – Saturday* – $500
*Previous day setup available for an additional $125
All bookings must be accompanied by:
• $100 non-refundable booking deposit
• $300 Damage/Loss of Property Deposit (returned after the event provided there is no damage, loss of property or excessive clean up)
